Mobile Outreach Clinician (MORES Program)

About the role

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Full-Time MORES Crisis Clinician based in Goldsboro, NC. The role involves providing support across Wayne and Sampson counties as part of a Mobile Crisis Team.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals experiencing behavioral health crises through assessments, interventions, and strength-based crisis planning.
• Collaborate with families, law enforcement, hospitals, and community partners to deliver timely, coordinated care.
• Ensure safety and stabilization for individuals and families facing crisis.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current, unrestricted North Carolina license as an LCMHCA, LCMHC, LCSW, LCSWA, LPA, LCAS, or LMFT.
• A minimum of one year of crisis experience with the MH/DD/SA population.
• A valid, unrestricted, state-appropriate driver’s license for the State of North Carolina, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Flexible Monday–Friday schedule, including days and evenings, to best meet the needs of the youth and families we serve.
