About the role
Join our team of nearly 3,000 highly skilled technicians across 280 locations nationwide. As a Mobile Maintenance Service Advisor, you'll provide exceptional service, write detailed work orders, and handle over-the-counter transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-rate service to customers through extensive product knowledge and sales skills
- Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions
- Secure purchase orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate part deliveries
- Maintain safety standards for both customers and team members
- Ensure travelers leave better than they arrived
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous cashier and customer service experience
- Experience in repair or parts shop preferred
- Strong suggestive selling skills
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A valid driver's license
