About the role

Join our team of nearly 3,000 highly skilled technicians across 280 locations nationwide. As a Mobile Maintenance Service Advisor, you'll provide exceptional service, write detailed work orders, and handle over-the-counter transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-rate service to customers through extensive product knowledge and sales skills
• Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions
• Secure purchase orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate part deliveries
• Maintain safety standards for both customers and team members
• Ensure travelers leave better than they arrived

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous cashier and customer service experience
• Experience in repair or parts shop preferred
• Strong suggestive selling skills
• Basic computer skills
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A valid driver's license

Pay

Pay Range: $35.00 - 37.00 per hour
