Mobile Maintenance Technician
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive a company-provided vehicle between client facilities throughout the workday
- Perform HVAC basic troubleshooting & preventive maintenance
- Carry out plumbing basic repairs including faucets, flush valves & drains
- Handle electrical troubleshooting & basic lighting repairs
- Replace filters, belts & condenser fan motors
- Execute general building repairs & maintenance
- Respond to service calls & work orders
- Inspect equipment & identify issues before they become problems
- Work alongside vendors & contractors when needed
- Keep accurate notes, work orders & repair updates
- Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas
- Use a mobile work order system to manage daily assignments and stay connected with supervisors and dispatch throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field
- A minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience in commercial environment, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC
- Ability to troubleshoot problems without constant supervision
- Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office products
- Enjoy staying active and moving between job sites
- Solid communication & customer service skills
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to safely lift/carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work safely and have good judgement
