Mobile Maintenance Tech, Entry-Level -Quality Conveyor Solutions

About the role

Quality Conveyor Solutions (QCS) is seeking motivated individuals to join our field service team. This is a travel-intensive role requiring at least 50% travel, including overnight stays and varying schedules based on customer and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Aid in on-site maintenance, repair, and service of conveyor systems
• Work alongside experienced technicians to complete field jobs safely and efficiently
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Support both field service work and occasional shop/warehouse tasks
• Follow all OSHA/MSHA and company safety standards
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of mechanical or hands-on experience (automotive, construction, industrial, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (50%+ required)
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license (required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
