Mobile Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
• Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts, and support maintenance and repairs for commercial HVAC equipment.
• Complete building repairs and upkeep tasks such as locks, doors, furniture, painting, and general handyman work.
• Update work order status in real time using the CMMS system and help prioritize preventive maintenance and corrective work orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience with commercial HVAC experience required; residential HVAC experience is not the focus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS software such as Maximo.
