Mobile HVAC Technician
What's the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and other facility systems across multiple sites.
Perform routine inspections, calibrations, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Travel between various facilities to ensure proper functioning of all mechanical systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, readings, and adjustments.
Monitor and oversee the work of outside contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems
- EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Requirements
