About the Role
- Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, focusing on wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and more.
- Provide specialized tire services, including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
- Uphold safety and liability policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate as part of a motivated team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
- Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting of commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
- One year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
- Valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.

Pay
Guaranteed base rate $25–$35 hourly based on experience; incentive earnings of 35% of service labor sales, with higher incentive pay when it exceeds the base guarantee.
Schedule
Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm, with possible Saturday overtime; overtime applies after 40 hours.
