Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician - Cincinnati, OH

About the role

tdgFacilities is looking for a full-time Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio / Northern Kentucky area to support clients across the region. This role focuses on corrective, preventative, and routine maintenance including general carpentry, light electrical and plumbing, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. Experience with HVAC filter changes and preventative maintenance is a plus, as are commercial garage door repair, drywall, and light construction skills. A company vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance including timely on-demand repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Complete work in general skilled areas including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general systems maintenance
• Troubleshoot general building repair issues
• Provide small project work and special project support
• Conduct periodic safety inspections and other proactive facilities requests
• Maintain and use tools and equipment properly
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings
• Use computer to modify and monitor the work order management system
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance services
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to self-manage and deliver services with a high degree of quality and accountability
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license

Pay

Hourly wage: $24–$30

Schedule

Generally between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, with occasional on-call rotation duties shared throughout the team.
