Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They live and breathe T-Mobile! Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leveraging digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Making the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00

Annualized Incentive Target: $18,000. Successful candidate’s actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Every employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
