Mobile Equipment Manufacturing Specialist

About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mobile equipment manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement design changes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Monitor and improve manufacturing efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor team members in best practices and new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma)
