Mobile Engineer
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-site)
About the role
We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure the efficient operation, inspection, and maintenance of facility systems, specializing in HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment. Our team relies on this expertise to maintain safe, energy-efficient, and reliable building operations that directly support both client satisfaction and day-to-day business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R systems, and production equipment.
- Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment, including electrical distribution, plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior components.
- Conduct facility inspections and perform due diligence efforts, reporting observed conditions that may impact client occupancy and operations.
- Utilize computer maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as Corrigo, to document work order status and submit daily receipts as required.
Requirements
- Universal CFC recovery certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- Valid state driver’s license and availability for call-in work as duties require.
