Mobile Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to support the reliable operation of critical facility systems in a high-demand environment. Our team is looking for a hands-on professional who can help maintain HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment while contributing to safe, efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and components.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior and exterior repairs, grounds, and production equipment as assigned.
- Complete facility inspections and due diligence efforts, and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
- Submit P-card receipts daily, update work order status in real time, and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Universal CFC recovery certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- Valid state driver’s license; must be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.
