About the role
You Will Contribute To Our Team By Primarily responding to service calls in the field. Using your skills to diagnose equipment to determine repairs needed and/or recommended for continued equipment reliability. Performing electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and diesel repairs on equipment. Responsible for performing quality work and attaining goals for efficiency. Completing all reports and forms for service operations in a timely and accurate manner. Promoting teamwork and communication through effective interaction with team members. Providing excellent customer service and support and promoting further service and support in the field.
Responsibilities
- Responding to service calls in the field.
- Determining repairs needed and/or recommended for continued equipment reliability.
- Performing electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and diesel repairs on equipment.
- Ensuring quality work and meeting efficiency goals.
- Completing reports and forms for service operations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Promoting teamwork and communication with team members.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Promoting further service and support in the field.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 2 years of experience in agricultural or construction equipment repair.
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and diesel systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.

Pay
Salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 annually.
