About the role
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Diesel Technician to efficiently diagnose, service and repair various types of agriculture equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose failures and confirm repairs with equipment; recommend service for continued equipment reliability.
- Complete and check electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and diesel repairs on equipment to customer satisfaction.
- Perform quality service work and attain collectable efficiency, billable efficiency, labor sales, and rework goals.
- Complete work orders and forms for service operations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate and communicate to generate expected results, focusing on how we all succeed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Continually improve and learn to strengthen performance and expand opportunities.
