We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. Let's parse the posting: - Intro about Savage: could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes description of company and role? The posting includes "Grow Your Career with Savage! Savage is a global provider..." That's about company. Could be placed under "About the role" or maybe not needed. But we need to decide. We have sections: "What You Will Be Doing" => Responsibilities. "What You'll Need To Be Successful" => Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. "Physical Requirements Of This Role" => maybe part of Requirements. "Additional Information" includes benefits info etc. We have explicit compensation: "$30.00–$36.00 an hour" => Pay. Days/Hours: "Tuesday-Saturday, 6 p.m.- 4 a.m." => Schedule. Benefits list: "$10,000 Retention BonusA culture that appreciates our Team MembersBuilt-in overtimeA fleet with the majority of trucks being less than 5 years oldPaid Time Off (“PTO”), Paid holidaysProfit SharingExcellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)" That's benefits. Also later Additional Information mentions benefits package details. Thus we have sections: About the role (maybe company overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll create sections as needed. Let's decide which sections to include: - About the role: we have company description and maybe role overview. Could include the introductory paragraph about Savage and the role's purpose. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: from "What You Will Be Doing" list. - Requirements: from "What You'll Need To Be Successful" (experience, skills). Could split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills but we can combine? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have Requirements (including experience, qualifications, skills) and maybe separate Skills if needed. But we have separate headings allowed; we can use them if content exists. We have specific skills: welding aluminum, Class A CDL, English communication, etc. Could be under Skills. Qualifications: maybe experience years, etc. Let's structure:

About the role

Savage is a global provider of supply chain infrastructure and logistics solutions with more than 200 locations across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Saudi Arabia. Founded in 1946, Savage has grown from a small family business to an international company with over 4,000 team members. Recognized as a Military Friendly Employer and a Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation, Savage supports growth and impact. Military veterans and reservists are welcome; military experience may substitute for some requirements.

That's substantive.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment in the field
  • Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Learn and partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Other general maintenance duties as required
  • Collaborate with Team Members outside of the department to ensure the overall success of the operation

Requirements

  • Two to three years of Semi-Truck Fleet Mechanic experience; experience with a variety of trucks a plus
  • Confidence in repairing suspensions, rear ends, transmissions, air brake systems, minor engine work (injectors, turbos, etc.)
  • Ability to identify and diagnose needed repairs using computer-based systems; visual recognition of problems a plus
  • Class A CDL a plus, but not required
  • Ability to weld aluminum is a plus
  • English communication skills essential for understanding written and verbal operational and safety guidelines, regulations, policies, and memos
  • Clear and effective communication with colleagues and superiors required
  • Ensure compliance to strict OSHA and State regulations
We could also have Skills section but maybe combine. But we have Physical Requirements: could be part of Requirements or separate. Since we have a heading for Physical Requirements not in list, but we can include under Requirements. Add physical requirements as list items.

Physical Requirements

But not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create Physical Requirements heading. Instead incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications. We can add under Requirements: "Physically able to handle heavy parts and pieces of equipment; safely climb on and off equipment; able to frequently lift 80 lbs; climb, crawl, and position body to perform duties." Thus incorporate. Now Qualifications: maybe we can separate years of experience etc. But we already have Requirements. Could keep Qualifications empty? Better to omit if no distinct content. But we have some qualifications like "Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements." That's a qualification note. Could be under Qualifications. Let's create Qualifications section with that note.

Qualifications

  • Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
Skills: we have welding aluminum, Class A CDL, computer-based diagnostics, communication. Could list. But we already listed many under Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could move some to Skills. Let's restructure: Requirements: experience years, etc. Qualifications: military experience substitution. Skills: welding aluminum, Class A CDL, computer-based diagnostics, communication, OSHA compliance. Physical requirements: maybe under Requirements as well. We need to avoid duplication but it's okay if some overlap? Better to keep distinct. Let's decide: - Requirements: experience (2-3 years Semi-Truck Fleet Mechanic), ability to repair suspensions, etc., ability to diagnose via computer, etc. - Qualifications: Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements. - Skills: Welding aluminum, Class A CDL (plus), English communication skills, ability to comply with OSHA/State regulations. - Physical Requirements: we could incorporate into Requirements or Skills? Since not in allowed headings, we can add under Requirements as bullet. Thus we may not need separate Physical Requirements heading. Now Benefits: we have list. Pay: $30.00–$36.00 an hour. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 6 p.m.- 4 a.m. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, cookie/navigation, etc. Remove those. We have to remove lines like "To Apply for this position, click on the "Apply" button above and complete the application." Also "Additional Information A complete job description is available upon request" etc. Also "Savage is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also "California Residents Job Application Privacy Notice". Also "Team members may be eligible for a benefits package that is dependent on hours worked and position classification." That's benefits info but it's somewhat generic; we already have benefits list. Might keep some but it's generic. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that benefits description if it adds detail beyond the list. It mentions medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, supplemental coverage, HSAs, FSAs, PTO, profit sharing, 401(k) with company match. That's more detail than the earlier benefits list. So we should include that. Thus Benefits section should combine both lists. Let's craft Benefits
with items: - $10,000 Retention Bonus - Culture that appreciates team members - Built-in overtime - Fleet with majority of trucks less than 5 years old - Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays - Profit sharing - Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) - Medical, dental, vision coverage; life, AD&D, and disability insurance; supplemental coverage options; health savings and flexible spending accounts; paid time off; profit sharing; 401(k) plan with company match (note: some duplication but okay) We could combine but keep both. Better to merge to avoid duplication but preserve all detail. We'll list distinct items: - $10,000 Retention Bonus - Culture that appreciates team members - Built-in overtime - Fleet with majority of trucks less than 5 years old - Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays - Profit sharing - Medical, dental, vision coverage - Life, AD&D, and disability insurance - Supplemental coverage options - Health savings and flexible spending accounts (HSAs/FSAs) - 401(k) plan with company match That covers. Now Pay:

    $30.00–$36.00 per hour

    Schedule:

    Tuesday–Saturday, 6 p.m.–4 a.m.

Now About the role: we already wrote. Now Responsibilities: we have. Now Requirements: we need to include experience, repair skills, diagnostics, physical ability, OSHA compliance. Let's list: - Two to three years of Semi-Truck Fleet Mechanic experience; experience with a variety of trucks a plus - Confidence in repairing suspensions, rear ends, transmissions, air brake systems, minor engine work (injectors, turbos, etc.) - Ability to identify and diagnose needed repairs using computer-based systems; visual recognition of problems a plus - Physically able to handle heavy parts and pieces of equipment; safely climb on and off equipment; able to frequently lift 80 lbs; climb, crawl, and position body to perform duties - Ensure compliance to strict OSHA and State regulations Now Qualifications: Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements. Now Skills: Welding aluminum (plus), Class A CDL (plus but not required), English communication skills (essential for understanding written/verbal operational and safety guidelines, regulations, policies, memos; clear and effective communication with colleagues and superiors). We could also include "Ability to weld aluminum is a plus" under Skills. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content. Some overlap: OSHA compliance appears in Requirements; we could also mention under Skills but we already have it in Requirements. Keep only once. Now produce HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed "To Apply...", "Additional Information A complete job description is available upon request", "Savage is an Equal Opportunity Employer...", "California Residents Job Application Privacy Notice", "Team members may be eligible for a benefits package...". We kept benefits details from that sentence but we need to ensure we didn't include the sentence itself. We extracted the benefits details. Now ensure no heading with empty content. Let's craft final HTML. We'll output:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

      ...

    Requirements

      ...

    Qualifications

      ...

    Skills

      ...

    Benefits

      ...

    Pay

    ...

    Schedule

    ...

Make sure to use proper hyphens and en dashes? Use plain hyphen. Now produce.
