Our mobile repair experts come to you, performing all maintenance and repairs at your location and around your schedule. All technicians are D.O.T. and brake certified, capable of performing a wide range of repairs and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, including brakes, diagnostics, A/C systems, electrical systems, engine components, exhaust systems, after-treatment systems, lift-gates, and tires.
• Schedule and oversee all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Repair or replace vehicle/trailer components.
• Open and close repair orders on a company-issued device.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and all other documentation in a timely fashion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and planning skills.
• Ability to utilize a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders, including adding labor hours and updating work order statuses.
• 2 years of experience in performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections.
• 2 years of experience in truck/trailer maintenance and repair or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must possess proper tools.
• Ability to work second or third shifts, extended and/or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.

Qualifications That Stand Out

• High School education or equivalent.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Welding experience.

Pay

$29 - $36/hr, commensurate with experience.

Performance-Based Incentives: In addition to hourly pay, technicians are eligible to participate in our productivity and efficiency incentive program. Incentives are paid weekly, allowing technicians to earn additional compensation throughout the month. High-performing technicians have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings beyond their base hourly rate.
