Mobile Device Specialist

Description We are seeking an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Administrator for an onsite temporary/contract position supporting a defense-industry environment. This hands-on role manages corporate iPhones and iPads through Microsoft Intune in Microsoft GCC High. The administrator must quickly assess the existing environment, own daily operations, support end users directly, and resolve complex issues independently with minimal onboarding or assistance from internal teams. Experience in mid-size to large enterprise environments, including security-sensitive or regulated operations, and direct experience supporting end users. Proficiency with Intune policies, application deployment, device security, and complex enrollment, authentication, compliance, and application troubleshooting. Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, device identities, authentication, and least-privilege principles. Strong technical documentation and communication skills; demonstrated ability to assess an existing environment and execute independently with minimal technical assistance. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
