Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization services
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all interactions
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health crises
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
