Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization services
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all interactions
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health crises
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
