Mobile Crisis Coordinator / Licensed or License-Eligible
Your Role in Our Mission
The Licensed / License-Eligible REACH Mobile Crisis Coordinator (MCC) plays a vital role in bringing a calm, caring presence and connection to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This response includes meeting the individual in an environment where they are comfortable to facilitate service engagement, stabilization, and resolution of the crisis when possible. Beyond crisis response, you’ll provide community stabilization sessions, build and maintain strong partnerships with local agencies, and coordinate admissions for our crisis home. You’ll also be part of a rotating on-call schedule to ensure help is always within reach.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $58,000 to $65,000 base for this full-time, exempt position
- Sign-on and retention bonus for licensed / license-eligible new hires is paid out upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and your 1 year anniversary!

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Minimum of a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Licensed or license-eligible as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Certifications: Mobile Crisis Responder training preferred
- Skills: Crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving and decision making. 1 years’ experience with mental health populations and I/DD preferred
- Maintain a valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance
- Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and technically savvy
