Mobile Crane Operator

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe operation of crane
• Responsible for slings, cables, straps, and the crane prior to lifting operations
• Affirms that all lifts are within load limits of equipment and correctly rigged
• Operates crane to hoist materials and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have Class A or B CDL
• Strong focus and attention to safety
• Positive attitude & team spirit
• NCCCO small and large hydraulic crane certification required
• 5 plus years experience with Liebherr, Demag, Linkbelt, and/or Tadano AT cranes preferred
• Able to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays as needed
• Must be able to read and speak English

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, stoop, twist, crawl, climb, squat, kneel and move about equipment at varying heights
• Som heavy physical effort required
• Must be able to lift to 75 lb
• Will regularly be exposed to noise, heat, dust, and fumes around repair facility and/or job sites
• Extreme weather conditions possible, at times
• Must be able to drive a commercial vehicle for extended periods of time
• Must always maintain DOT medical certification
