Mobile Casino Game Animator.

This Las Vegas studio and creator of some of the leading iGames in the world—including a recent EGR Game of the Year finalist—is hiring a Mobile Casino Game Animator.

About the role

The VFX artist (technical designer) takes input from the creative design illustration team, animates, and delivers to development, working closely with both communities to build efficient animations for mobile games.

As the bridge between illustration and development, you will often work on multiple projects across multiple teams, requiring quick turnaround times and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create various game mockups
• Design particles, animations, and visual effects for the game
• Assist creatives in drawing game elements
• Build optimized, game-ready assets from concepts
• Work closely with developers to ensure concepts are achievable
• Assist with project scheduling by providing accurate time estimations for expected work

Requirements

• Highly proficient in Adobe After Effects
• Experienced in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Spine or rigging experience
• Experience optimizing files for production
• 2D art production experience
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Game Art & Design, or Game Development
• Work experience in gaming, design, marketing, advertising, publishing, or animation
• High degree of experience and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
• HTML knowledge (nice to have)
