About the role

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. This team excels in a high-traffic environment where technology constantly evolves, and customer needs change. Whether educating, demonstrating, or recommending solutions, you’ll help customers stay connected to what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile’s warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems.
• Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
• Provide friendly, engaging service that builds rapport, trust, and loyalty.
• Proactively attract potential customers to drive sales activity.
• Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and form relationships with new and existing customers.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)

At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

• Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay during the first 90 days.
• After on-the-job training, promotion to Mobile Expert role with eligibility for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year (actual incentives vary by performance and full-time status).
• All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
• Eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
