Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales

About the role

The Store-in-Store Mobile Associate brings energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction in a high-traffic retail environment. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and retail sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment using digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
• Provide excellent customer experiences, balance customer experience and performance goals, build rapport with customers, and resolve issues.
• Work collaboratively with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing knowledge to serve customers and drive sales activity.
• Showcase a competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
• Customer satisfaction: Focused customer advocate who loves having fun with our customers, effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals (Required)
• Team building: Desire to be a part of the groundbreaking T-Mobile store team, willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing knowledge, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues (Required)
• Retail sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• At least 18 years of age

Pay

$20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, with an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance and full-time status
