Mobile Associate Retail Sales Store in Store Bilingual Spanish Preferred
About the role
Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions. They are passionate about connecting with customers, building relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with a broad range of customers in a retail environment
- Use digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
- Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding solutions
- Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills
- Partner with nearby store locations to on-board customers
- Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures
- Carry keys to kiosk cabinets, secure kiosk and assets, and report any lost keys or assets to your manager
- Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
