Mobile Associate - Retail Sales
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We should include sections only if posting has real specific content.
We need to parse content:
- Job Overview: description of role. Could map to "About the role". Use About the role
then
with overview text. - Job Responsibilities: list bullet points. Use
Responsibilities
then- each.
- Education and Work Experience: could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The posting has Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred). Also Knowledge, Skills and Abilities list. Could combine into "Requirements" (education/experience) and "Skills" (knowledge, skills, abilities). Or we could have "Qualifications" for education/experience and "Skills" for KSAs. The instruction: Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include.
We have education/experience: High School Diploma/GED required, 6 months customer service/sales experience preferred. That's qualifications.
We have Knowledge, Skills and Abilities list: Change Agility, Communication, Customer Problem Solving, Customer Service, Engaging People, Multitasking, Sales, Teamwork Orientation, At least 18 years of age, Legally authorized to work in the United States. Those are skills/requirements.
We could put education/experience under "Qualifications" and the list under "Skills". Or combine both under "Requirements". But we have both headings available; better to split: Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for KSAs.
Pay: The posting includes "Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay." Also mentions incentive target, guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, annual stock grant etc. So we have pay info. Should include Pay section.
Benefits: The posting includes extensive benefits list: medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, up to 12 paid holidays, paid parental/family leave, family building benefits, backup care, enhanced family support, childcare subsidy, tuition assistance, college coaching, short- and long-term disability, voluntary AD&D, voluntary accident, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long-term care, mobile service & home internet discounts, pet insurance, commuter and transit programs. Also mention website. So we have Benefits.
Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule heading.
We also need to include maybe "About the role" from Job Overview.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation, etc. Remove those.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the sections we keep.
We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID etc.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:

maybe but it's not a list item. Could add a
after the list:
For more details, visit www.t-mobilebenefits.com
. However the instruction says remove application instructions, but this is not application instruction; it's a benefits info link. It's substantive. Could include. But we must not invent or summarize away detail. Including the link is fine. We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The posting also mentions "All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards." That's covered in Pay/Benefits. Also mentions "Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches." That's covered in Benefits (stock grant, purchase plan, 401(k)). Money coaches not mentioned elsewhere; we could add a bullet under Benefits: "Access to free, year-round money coaches". Also "At T-Mobile, our benefits exemplify the spirit of One Team, Together! ... Full and part-time employees have access to the same benefits when eligible." That's covered. Also "We cover all of the bases, offering medical, dental and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and up to 12 paid holidays - which total about 4 weeks for new full-time employees and about 2.5 weeks for new part-time employees annually - paid parental and family leave, family building benefits, back-up care, enhanced family support, childcare subsidy, tuition assistance, college coaching, short- and long-term disability, voluntary AD&D coverage, voluntary accident coverage, voluntary life insurance, voluntary disability insurance, and voluntary long-term care insurance. We don't stop there - eligible employees can also receive mobile service & home internet discounts, pet insurance, and access to commuter and transit programs!" Already captured. Also "Never stop growing! As part of the T-Mobile team, you know the Un-carrier doesn’t have a corporate ladder–it’s more like a jungle gym of possibilities! We love helping our employees grow in their careers, because it’s that shared drive to aim high that drives our business and our culture forward. By applying for this career opportunity, you’re living our values while investing in your career growth–and we applaud it. You’re unstoppable!" That's motivational fluff; could be considered boilerplate? It's not required to keep; but it's substantive? It's more culture. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not those; it's motivational. Might keep as part of About the role? Could add a paragraph after overview. But we already have overview; we could add aabout growth opportunities. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a separate section for culture may be thin. Could incorporate into About the role. We could add a sentence: "T-Mobile emphasizes career growth through a jungle gym of possibilities, encouraging employees to aim high and develop their careers." That's summarizing, but we risk summarizing away detail. Better to keep the exact text? The exact text is a few sentences; we could include as a
after overview. It's not boilerplate; it's part of the job posting describing culture. So we can include. Thus About the role section could have two paragraphs: overview and growth/culture. Let's craft:
