Mobile Asset Analyst

Location: Manhattan, NY • Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and related equipment.
• Track device assignments, ownership, status, and location.
• Manage device provisioning, deployment, replacement, refresh, and retirement activities.
• Use ServiceNow and mobile device management tools to update asset records and resolve discrepancies.
• Create basic reports and dashboards related to device inventory and utilization.
• Process mobile-device service requests and incidents through ServiceNow.
• Coordinate device replacements, warranty activities, and equipment returns.
• Follow established procedures for lost, stolen, or inactive devices.
• Support device security requirements, including deactivation or remote-wipe procedures when authorized.
• Maintain process documentation and provide instructions to end users.
• Coordinate with IT teams, users, and vendors on device-related activities.
• Support iOS and Android devices and follow established asset-management procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with mobile device support, asset tracking, or IT asset management.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar asset-management platform.
• Familiarity with mobile device management tools.
• Knowledge of iOS, Android, device provisioning, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
