Mobile Ad Monetization Manager
Campaign & Video Ad Management
You will responsibly manage, analyze, and optimize Video Ads and Offer Wall campaigns.
A/B Testing & Optimization
You will run rigorous A/B tests to optimize monetization efforts, including price floors, ad frequencies, and player segmentation.
Partner & Vendor Relations
You will select, follow, and maintain strong relationships with top ad providers, networks, and mediation platforms.
Product Collaboration
You will benchmark the market for the best provider integrations. Propose innovative improvements to the Product team on how to better integrate Video Ads and Offer Walls seamlessly into our games.
Cross-Functional Strategy
You will work closely with UA team to develop cohesive campaign budgets and timelines that balance monetization with user acquisition.
Data Analysis
You will compile, track, and analyze key performance metrics (eCPM, ARPDAU, LTV, Fill Rates) to turn data into actionable revenue strategies.

- Experience: Proven track record managing, growing, and optimizing Video Ads and Offer Wall Campaigns through iOS and Android marketplaces.
- Industry Background: A strong preference for candidates with a background in mobile gaming and a deep passion for the interactive entertainment space.
- Analytical Mindset: Highly skilled at compiling and analyzing complex performance data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Soft Skills & Drive: Self-motivated, driven, and highly comfortable receiving feedback and direction to constantly improve.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on building productive, positive relationships with external partners, management, and peers.
- Results-Oriented: A passion for delivering measurable results and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Pay & Benefits
The pay range for this position in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,700.00 and $126,860.00 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
