About the role
The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MnMTSS) within the District 196 educational system. This position will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based practices that support student success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement MnMTSS strategies aligned with district goals and standards
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify student needs and design interventions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of MnMTSS initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide professional development opportunities for teachers and staff on MnMTSS implementation
- Assist in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making
- Work with families to ensure they are informed and engaged in their child’s education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, special education, or related field
- Experience in implementing and evaluating educational interventions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Knowledge of data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in education, psychology, special education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with students with disabilities
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
Skills
- Strong understanding of educational research and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation is according to contractual agreement.
