Responsibilities
- Manually load/unload material to be machined
- Inspect material between operations using thread gauges, go/no-go gauge, and calipers
- Effectively monitor production equipment
- Measure and inspect parts for quality assessment
- Accurately enter data
- Ensure that 5S at the Work Set Stations (WSS) is maintained
- Adhere to safety requirements and ensure they are followed
- Performs daily duties and responsibilities without supervision
- Mets or exceeds production standards
Requirements
- Good math skills
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills
- Highly detailed
- Mechanically inclined
- Organized and disciplined
- Analytical ability to read prints and adhere to specifications
- Reliable and has a good work ethic
