About the role
The role involves providing clinical laboratory testing services under the supervision of a licensed medical technologist or medical laboratory scientist. Responsibilities include performing a variety of tests using automated and manual equipment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a valid Wisconsin MLT/MLS license or be eligible to obtain one within six months of employment. Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other laboratory staff.
Skills
Knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and techniques. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic computer literacy.

$20.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
