MLS Compliance (Driving)

Principal Accountability

• Participates in all activities within the Product Quality Control (PQC) Department, including testing and services.
• Performs required functions off-site at local and regional CBC locations.
• Contributes to broader educational efforts (e.g., tours, presentations).
• Participates in critical document review and approval processes.
• Ensures that daily operations in PQC laboratories and CBC Donor Centers meet and follow all established guidelines.
• Provides excellence in service and meets the needs of all PQC customers.
• Exemplifies and champions CBC Core Values and Code of Conduct.
• Adheres to CBC policies and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Attends meetings and training sessions as assigned.
• Maintains active, current professional licensure and/or certifications as required by role-specific regulations and organizational requirements.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required.
• Regular travel between assigned work areas to support other locations/projects across CBC service regions is required.
• This position may require working varied shifts, extended hours, weekends, and/or overtime to support operational needs.
• Regular full-time attendance is required during normal working hours.
