MLS Blood Banker - Medical City (Nights)

Principal Accountability

• Participates in all activities within Reference & Transfusion (R&T) Services, including performing testing and services associated with assigned departmental duties.
• Ensures daily R&T laboratory operations meet all established regulatory and quality standards.
• Delivers excellence in transfusion services.
• Supports the needs of all R&T customers.

Maintains active and current professional licensure and/or certifications, as required by role-specific regulations and organizational requirements.

Periodic travel between assigned work areas to support other locations/projects in CBC service regions, as well as to attend in-services, training, and meetings, is required.

This position may require working varied shifts, extended hours, weekends, and/or overtime to support operational needs.

Regular full-time attendance is required during normal working hours.
