Blood Bank Medical Technologist Contingent Night Weekends

Position Summary

To independently perform and report test analysis in accordance with Pathology policies and procedures, FDA, CAP, AABB, OSHA, CLIA, and JCAHO regulations to facilitate quality patient care.

Education

• Bachelor's degree and certification at the Medical Technologist level (ASCP, NCA, HEW)
• Bachelor's degree and categorical certification consistent with the work performed: C, H, I, BB, M (ASCP)
• NCA categorical certification: NRCC, ASM, other equivalent

Experience

• 1 year clinical laboratory experience

Skills

• MT level certification (ASCP, NCA, HEW) or categorical certification consistent with work performed (e.g., NCA categorical certification, NRCC, ASRM or equivalent)

Pay

• Pay Range: $39.33 - $49.16 (per hour)
