Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production and fulfillment of approved Commercial and Medical materials, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Manage the content print management system, focusing on cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Act as a key advisor for print development, providing guidance and recommendations to optimize costs and promote sustainability.
  • Promote collaboration with internal teams to advise on print development for materials.
  • Prepare and communicate monthly status reports on outstanding and completed print production requests.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage processes and collaborate across teams.
  • Expertise in print production and fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in managing content print management systems and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple requests and provide clear updates.
  • A solutions-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of cost optimization strategies and sustainability practices in print production is a plus.

About the Role

This position requires a proactive mindset and a solutions-oriented approach to drive continuous improvement. The MLR Operations Manager will lead the production and fulfillment process for all approved Commercial and Medical materials, serving as the subject matter expert. They will also manage the content print management system, identify and implement enhancements to support print ordering and fulfillment, and act as the primary point of contact for print production requests.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
