About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Mixologist to join our opening team. This role is responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests through expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails, beverages, and menu offerings according to established recipes and quality standards
• Provide engaging, knowledgeable service by connecting with guests and creating memorable experiences
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and current beverage trends
• Made recommendations based on guest preferences and provide an elevated level of beverage expertise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout service
• Follow all responsible alcohol service standards and company policies
• Aid with preparation, organization, and execution of beverage service for daily operations and special events
• Support inventory control, proper product handling, and minimizing waste
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless service
• Contribute ideas and creativity to continuously enhance the beverage experience

Requirements

Previous bartending or mixology experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or high-volume bar environment preferred

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage preparation techniques
• Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service
