About the Role

SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is hiring Mixer Operators to join their growing team. The role involves operating a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL), loading, mixing, and inspecting concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service at every job site, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate delivery and vehicle records, coordinating with dispatch and plant teams, and assisting with general plant or yard duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Cookordination with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Requirements

Your physical abilities are essential for this role. You must be physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions. You should also have a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, "Go-Getter" attitude. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required.

Qualifications
