We're currently hiring Machine Operators to join our growing team, offering different shifts to choose from: Day Shift: 10 Hour Days Monday - Thursday | 7AM – 5PM Day Shift: 8 Hour Days Monday - Thursday | 8AM – 4PM Fridays 6AM – 2PM or 7AM – 3PM Night Shift: 10 Hour Days – Monday - Thursday | 7PM – 5AM (Night shift includes an extra $2/hour shift differential).

What You’ll Do

• Operate high-speed bag-making and printing machines
• Perform quality checks and log results using digital tools
• Aid with setup, changeovers, and light maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues and keep things on track
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

What You Bring to the Table

• Entry-Level: No manufacturing experience? No problem, we’ll train you!
• Experienced Operators: Bring your mechanical know-how, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills and hit the ground running.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and general safety awareness
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and twist throughout your shift
