About the Role

SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is hiring Mixer Operators to join their growing team. The role involves operating a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites. Key responsibilities include loading, mixing, and inspecting concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards, delivering excellent customer service at every job site, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks, following all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols, maintaining accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems, coordinating with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing, and assisting with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Cookordination with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Pay

Hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises. Our driven sales team ensures steady, consistent work.

Schedule

Consistent local routes and no Sunday work: Mixer Operators are home after every shift, and we are closed every Sunday.
