About the Role

SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is hiring Mixer Operators (also known as Ready Mix Truck Drivers, CDL Mixer Drivers, and Concrete Mixer Operators) to join our growing team. Whether you have a Class A or Class B CDL, if you’re safety-focused, service-oriented, and ready to work hard, this is your chance to deliver quality concrete to construction sites and be home daily.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Cookordiate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Qualifications

Your mission and key responsibilities as a Mixer Operator include operating a concrete mixer truck safely, delivering quality concrete, providing excellent customer service, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating with team members. These roles require a strong commitment to safety, service, and teamwork, as well as the physical ability to handle the demands of the job.

Pay

Hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises. Our driven sales team ensures steady, consistent work.
