About the role

Mixing various products, such as doughs and/or fillings, following specific formulas and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Mixing products according to recipes and procedures
  • Operating mixing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining cleanliness of equipment in accordance with GMPs
  • Completing necessary paperwork
  • Assisting other team members as needed

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to obtain forklift license and operate a forklift
  • Able to push or pull heavy equipment
  • Knowledgeable in machine operation
  • Uses creative thinking for troubleshooting
  • Demonstrates excellent work habits in GMPs
  • Demonstrates safe working habits
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Displays good human relations skills
  • Able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Able to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Able to assist other team members in other areas
  • Able to perform steady and productive work for extended periods
  • Able to work efficiently with little or no supervision
  • Able to follow detailed instructions
  • Possesses basic math skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Show enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work
