Position Responsibilities

• Providing direct support to students in classroom settings
• Aiding teachers with instructional and behavioral support strategies
• Supporting implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Fostering a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid Kansas teaching license or ability to obtain one
• Experience working with students with special educational needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary range: $28,000 - $35,000 annually
