Job Summary Monitor and ensure that the correct blend of materials and additives are being used at the presses per product requirements. Monitor and ensure proper material levels are maintained throughout system. Job Responsibilities Initial startup and check list – Ensure any special instructions are carried outMaintain required fill levels for all silos, surge bins and hoppers. If an alarm sounds, take required actionsMaintain vacuum/pump systems through 5S/PM’sTroubleshoot and repair equipment or coordinate needed repairs with MaintenanceMonitor all Boxes/Totes/drums and augers and fill, empty or replace as necessarySend any non-conforming materials to Mix Area for dispositionReturn any unused materials, additives, or color to their proper inventory storage locationEnsure all material has proper labels and that rejected material is tagged properlyClean blenders, break down boxes and pallets, clean material spills when neededMaintain assigned 5S/PM areas and/or equipment daily or weekly as neededComplete all logs and paperwork Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent work experience may be consideredPrevious hi-lo experienceBasic math, reading, writing and comprehension requiredMust be a team player with demonstrated interpersonal skillsAbility to work well with others, exhibiting teamwork skillsAbility to work alone productively with minimum direct supervisionAbility to multi task by handling diverse assignments concurrentlyAbility to lift up to 40 lbsAbility to bend, twist, stretch and reach across - approximately 80 times per dayAbility to safely climb straight laddersMust be able to stand and/or sit for up to 8 hoursAbility to distinguish colorAbility to work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
