MitraClip Specialist I - 2nd Shift

About the Role

This position is located in our Westfield, IN facility within the Structural Heart division. You will work in a clean-room environment assembling the lifesaving MitraClip device. No prior medical-device experience is necessary—our hands-on training program will equip you with the skills needed. Successful candidates come from diverse backgrounds and possess strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. The role involves working with small tools and materials, often under a microscope, as part of a largely manual assembly process.

This site began commercial production in 2022 and is projected to employ over 500 team members by 2026, offering significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assemble the MitraClip device in a clean-room environment.
• Follow lengthy, complex procedures written in English.
• Work with small tools and materials, often under a microscope.
• Adhere to strict quality and safety standards in a manual assembly process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and implement detailed procedures in English.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as required.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Desire to contribute to meaningful work that changes lives.

Pay

This position pays $21.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift differential. The base pay range is $13.80 – $27.60 per hour, with variations possible based on location.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with potential overtime.
