Mitigation Technician

About the role

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes including mold, water fire, biohazard and contents work
• Be available for an on-call rotation
• Show care for our equipment, and respect for our customer's homes and businesses
• Following all uniform and policy guidelines
• Keep all work documentation up to date each day
• Always leave jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
• Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating
• Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers

Requirements

• Must have own basic toolkit and smart phone
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to pass a background check
• IICRC Certifications are a plus
