Mitigation Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform fire, water, mold, and specialty mitigation services
• Treat every customer as the boss; deliver exceptional service with no excuses
• Safely handle equipment, debris, and high-exertion tasks
• Work closely with peers to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• Adapt quickly to unpredictable situations and unique damage scenarios
• Assist with jobs that run late into the evening or require immediate response
• Participate in scheduled on-call shifts for after-hours emergencies
• Arrive clean-cut, presentable, and ready to represent the company
• Operate company vehicles responsibly when assigned

Schedule

• Technicians rotate through scheduled on-call shifts each month to respond to emergencies
• Requires flexibility and willingness to work long hours when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
