Mitigation Lead Technician
Responsibilities
- C Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
- Supervise and lead a team of mitigation technicians in executing restoration projects promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Oversee inventory management of materials and equipment necessary for mitigation projects.
- Document job progress clearly and accurately.
- Engage in training programs and assist with OTJ training of technician teams.
Qualifications
- 3 years minimum experience in Mitigation & Restoration.
- IICRC WRT Certification, minimally.
- The ability to effectively lead a mitigation team.
- PSA and Encircle program experience preferred.
- Valid US driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
