Mitigation Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation projects for water, fire, and mold damage, ensuring work meets IICRC and company standards.
• Supervise and support mitigation technicians in the field.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with homeowners, project managers, and insurance representatives.
• Maintain safety-first protocols on every job site.
• Ensure thorough documentation and timely digital reporting.
• Troubleshoot job site issues and offer proactive solutions.
• Represent RTR with professionalism and compassion during every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restoration/mitigation, including leadership experience.
• IICRC Certifications required: WRT and ASD; AMRT preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead by example while working alongside your team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and be accountable in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday
• With On-Call Overtime opportunities

Location

This is a field-based role based out of Knoxville, TN with project sites across the surrounding areas. Remote work is not applicable to field duties.
