Field Mitigation Lead

About the role

Supervise technicians and departments. Develop and maintain department budget. Develop and maintain customer relations and negotiations with all stakeholders involved with the projects. Present self and the mitigation department in a professional manner with appearance and demeanor while maintaining and building the company reputation.

Responsibilities

• Approve or Estimate all mitigation division jobs
• Develop and maintain customer relations and negotiations with all stakeholders involved with the projects.
• Present self and the mitigation department in a professional manner with appearance and demeanor while maintaining and building the company reputation.
• Proficient with Xactimate, MICA and Alacrity
• Proficient with all Microsoft products.
• IICRC Certifications
• Insurance Program account management experience
• Knowledge and use of all equipment and solution usage
• Must have excellent Customer Service/Communication skills
