Mitigation Laborer

What Would I Be Doing?

• Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to get a house back to a clean, safe, and dry environment
• Wear personal protective equipment
• Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home
• Carry and set up equipment
• Demolish damaged parts of the house
• Clean the house when finished
• Other duties may be assigned

What Skills Do I Need to Be Successful?

• Strong work ethic and high standard of excellence
• A high level of integrity and trustworthiness, regardless of who is watching
• Evident humility in a desire to be teachable and serve others, no matter the cost
• Able to provide excellent customer service to our clients

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly compensation, ranging from $16-$22 an hour, plus overtime opportunities
