Mitigation Laborer

Full-time, in-person position based in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Assess and communicate a plan to restore water, fire, or mold damaged homes
• Remove damaged materials and set up mitigation equipment
• Perform demolition and clean up completed jobs
• Wear required PPE

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Coachable, service-minded team player
• Comfortable with physical labor

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour (plus overtime).
